Field Supervisor

What you will do

Lead crews, coordinate production, enforce safety standards, review documentation, and keep projects moving in the field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily crew assignments and production goals
• Review safety, quality, and closeout documentation
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and dispatch
• Resolve field issues and escalate blockers quickly
• Coach technicians and crews on standards and performance

Requirements

• Telecom construction or utility supervision experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills
• Ability to read project documents and manage multiple crews
• Valid driver license and travel flexibility
• Safety-first mindset with documentation discipline
