Support aerial fiber placement, strand work, lashing, pole transfer support, storm recovery, and field documentation.
Responsibilities
- Support aerial fiber placement and lashing work
- Assist with strand, pole transfer, and make-ready support
- Follow fall protection, traffic, and utility safety practices
- Coordinate with field supervisors and project teams
- Document completed work and issues found in the field
Requirements
- Aerial telecom or utility experience preferred
- Bucket truck, ladder, or climbing experience is a plus
- Comfort working outdoors and at height where applicable
- Valid driver license required; CDL is a plus
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork
